How could Krishna be present on Earth and at the same time having the universe in his mouth?
We all have seen that episode of Mahabharata in which Krishna, in his childhood shows the entire universe inside his mouth to her mother.
After seeing that view her mother gets unconscious. How is it possible that the universe is present inside his mouth while having his presence on earth ( a subset of universe) at the same time?Is it a cinematography mistake? Or is there a hidden physics?
This situation is similar to Arjuna viewing Viswarupa, the Divine form
that was shown by Shri Krishna, in which he saw himself and all the 18
Akshouhini warriors. He saw all the warriors getting killed by the Super
Human force.
However, the same warriors are much present around him, and war has not yet started.
How is that possible?
—————
In both the cases, Shri Krishna gave Divine vision, but not vision through mortal eyes, to Yashoda and Arjuna.
And, the Divine vision that they had was the projection of their own perception of Divinity, but not what the REAL divinity is.
The vision of GOD, according to a Saint, is like viewing a mirror. It
will show the area, including articles, that was available for
reflection, before it. It is just reflecting.
The GOD will show to the seekers of GOD, according to their maturity of
mind and hence their own mind's projections. It is very subtle and
beyond the imagination of common man.

------
While giving spiritual discourse, Sri Krishna says that he was Indra
among Gods, Vishnu among Adityas, Vajra among weapons, etc. Curious to
understand the Divine aspects of the BRAHMAN, Arjuna requests Sri
Krishna to show him the REAL FORM, aka the form of the BRAHMAN.
This chapter 11 of Bhagavad Gita, gives warning to the spiritual aspirants in 2 areas.
- Vishwarupa Darshana does not indicate the same vision that Arjuna had. It varies according to the beholder. What Arjuna saw was only the projection of his mind, but the not the REAL one.
- One should not aspire for what we are not entitled to.
——-
a) Majority of the people misunderstood about Vishwarupa Darshanam, as narrated in Srimad Bhagavad Gita.
When Arjuna asked Shri Krishna to show his Divine form - द्रष्टुमिच्छामि ते रूपमैश्वरं पुरुषोत्तम, Sri Krishna says as follows:
पश्य मे पार्थ रूपाणि शतशोऽथ सहस्रशः।नानाविधानि दिव्यानि नानावर्णाकृतीनि च।।11.5।।O Arjuna, forms of Mine, by the hundreds and thousands, of different sorts, divine, and of various colours and shapes.इहैकस्थं जगत्कृत्स्नं पश्याद्य सचराचरम्।मम देहे गुडाकेश यच्चान्यद्द्रष्टुमिच्छसि। ।11.7।।Now behold, O Arjuna, in this, My body, the whole universe centred in one including the moving and the unmoving and whatever else thou desirest to see.
---------------
The secret of Vishwarupa lies in the above Sloka, wherein Shri Krishna said -यच्चान्यद्द्रष्टुमिच्छसि - whatever else thou desirest to see.
Shri Krishna never said that I am showing the Vishwarupa to you and that these all comprise my Vishwarupa.
He simply said that "See whatever you want to see - यच्चान्यद्द्रष्टुमिच्छसि ".
So whatever Arjuna saw during Viswarupa Sandarsana, it was his own mind's projections and imaginations.
Shri Krishna did not show any thing to Arjuna.
--------------
Coming to Sanjaya, he was just narrating the dialogues that took place
between Sri Krishna and Arjuna. So Sanjaya just heard what Arjuna said
but not what he saw.
The vision of GOD, according to a Saint is like viewing a mirror. It
will show the area in which whatever placed before it. It is just
reflecting.
The GOD will show to the seekers of GOD, according to their maturity of
mind and hence their own mind's projections. It is very subtle and
beyond the imagination of common man.

b) Arjuna feared the Viswarupa, after seeing it, because he was not spiritually matured enough to view it.
Yes, certain pre-qualification criteria will be applicable even in spiritual realm also.
Following is an anecdote from the life history of Shri Akkalakot Swami Samartha - Maharashtra, India.
-------------
Maloji Raje, the King of the then State of Akkalkot, was a religious
person. He would arrange for discourses on Vedanta. He was very fond of
studying philosophical and religious books. He would invite learned
people with due respect.
In Mumbai there was a person named Vishnubua Brahmachari. He had
defeated Christian priests in debates. The Rajesaheb wanted to know
about Vedanta from the Brahmachari. So he called the Brahmachari, who
came to the palace and delivered a lecture on Vedanta.
One day, the Brahmachari went for Shri Swamiji’s ‘Darshan’. In the
presence of Sri Swamiji he started exhibiting his theoretical knowledge
and then gave a long narration of Vedanta.
At the end, he put a question to Shri Swamiji “How do you accomplish the stage of Brahmatadakarata ? ”.
Shri Swamiji did not say anything.
So Brahmachari thought, “Shri Swamiji is crazy. He does not know
anything. Still people have unduly exalted Shri Swamiji. I am really a
learned man. How could Shri Swamiji understand whatever I have spoken
about Vedanta? ”.
At night Brahmachari got a dream that thousands of scorpions have fallen
on his body and one of the scorpions bit him. He got terrified and woke
up screaming loudly in his dream. Nearby, there was a Parsi gentleman
who woke him up from his deep sleep.
When he woke up he was seized with fear and started thinking “whether it
is true or not, I have condemned Shri Swamiji. Is this dream not the
result of my condemnation?”.
In the morning he came for Shri Swamiji’s ‘Darshan’. Again he narrated
Vedanta in the presence of Shri Swamiji and put a question to Shri Swamiji
“What is Brahmatadakarata? And what is the required means to accomplish
it? ”.
Shri Swamiji spoke “You stupid fellow, in your dream thousands of
scorpions fell on your body. Out of them, when one scorpion bit you, you
started screaming in the dream as you could not bear the pain and you
are making a big show by talking about Vedanta? Do you think you would
become a Yogi by making childish and hair-splitting narration about
Vedanta? Get up and leave this place”.
Brahmachari pulled a long face and returned to his place. He realized
that Shri Swamiji is not crazy but a superhuman who can make others
crazy.
----------------------
We should not ask for what we are not fit for receiving, lest we should face consequences.
Arjuna was not spiritually fit for receiving spiritual DARSHAN or Viswarupa Darshan. And, when he saw it, he could not bear it.
-------
-------
So both Yashoda and Arjuna saw that they had in their mind, that was
projected before them for viewing but not the real Divinity.
